Thankful- November 6

"But our citizenship is in heaven, and from it we await a Savior, the Lord Jesus Christ."
Philippians 3:20.

"The king's heart is a stream of water in the hand of the Lord; he turns it wherever he will." Proverbs 21:1.

Praying for our nation and our president. Praying that our country will follow the Lord.

I am thankful that God is in total control and that He is sovereign!

Thankful- November 5

Tomorrow being Election Day, today and every day I am thankful that God is sovereign. That He is in total and complete control at all times. I am thankful that His ways are better than ours. I am also thankful that He works everything for our good:

Romans 8:28

"And we know that for those who love God all things work together for good, for those who are called according to his purpose."

I am thankful that we can trust Him and have peace amidst times such as these.
