I love my fam!

so folks. my fam is basically the best in the whole entire world. just sayin.

my dad is so amazing. i can’t imagine anyone i’d rather have leading our family. he is not only a wonderful dad, he is an awesome pastor. he is an awesome spiritual leader of our family. dad is wise, faithful, thoughtful, generous, loyal, kind, and very smart. i know i just said this, but dad is very thoughtful. if he sees a need he is quick to fill it. he takes us on the best trips and buys the best presents. :o) dad also has lots of integrity. dad is also a fabulous photographer. he takes the best pictures! i am humbly following in his footsteps. :o) dad and i had a fun little dinner outing tonight- we went to dinner (dad- pei wei; lil- zoe’s) and then we used our maggie moo’s groupon!

my mom is wonderful. she is the world’s best cook, an amazing tennis player, and one of the smartest people i know. i mean, she remembers the quadratic equation 35 years later! i can barely remember what i had for breakfast yesterday! (did i even have breakfast?!) so not only is her name on a plaque at vanderbilt for being a genius, she is now leading an algebra 2 study group for my class. and she speaks spanish and french. mom is also very cheerful- all the time! mom is also very good at shopping for clothes for me :o) in fact, some of my favorite clothes mom picked out! my mom is truly an example of the proverbs 31:30 woman.

my dear parents are very hospitable and gracious hosts. i can also totally trust my parents!

i love my family so very much! ok. confession time. i love to talk. surprise, right? ~:-) my family is very gracious. i am sure they can quote all of my stories word.for.word. they can tell you all about pretty much anything i talk about. i am sure they get sick of the same stories (mom, did i tell you about my awkward swimming story? yes, honey, you told me yesterday, remember?) over and over again they don’t tell me to hush. thanks guys :o)

-the astounding grace and mercy of a perfect Savior

the story of our chandelier.

We have this really awesome chandelier in the dining room that was Nana's! A few weeks ago we found out it had a short. So we couldn't use it for several weeks until we got it repaired. Thankfully it is working now!!

I heart my swim team

Last night we had Mako Spirit Night at Chickfila. So fun! One of my fave places to eat + my amazing swim team + awkward moments= good times!

...as demonstrated by this picture. They are happy, colorful, mark your place, add a little joy to your day, and are... sticky. I did not care much for the Iliad though. But at least StickyNotes make it look happier. :o)

Hey friends!

Well, I finally made it to swim team yesterday! It was SO good to be back with my Makos! I really miss it during the summer!

Last night I went to the fair with the fam + Jenny + Anna! It was so much fun! It was very sad though since it was pretty empty. :( Last year was supposed to be the last year of the TN State Fair but they added a year. This is the last year. :( You should go and admire all of Julia and Cara's blue ribbons! ~:-)

Happy Birthday To My Favorite Dad :o)

Happy birthday to dear Dad!!!

I am so thankful to be my dear dad's daughter! He is the best dad in the whole world! He is not only a huge blessing to our family but also to our church family as a pastor!

Dad is very thoughtful, faithful, cheerful, trustworthy, a good listener, a good trip planner :o), wise, generous, appreciative, patient (especially with teaching Lil how to drive :o), I could go on and on! Dad is also a very talented photographer! He is a very hard worker too. I have been able to see a picture of what God's love for us looks like through my own dear father. I am sooo thankful for you Dad!

Hi from Disney!

Hey friends! We are having such a great time! Right now we are sitting and waiting for Fantasmic at Hollywood Studios! It starts at 8:30 but we came at 7 to get good seats. Thankfully we did get good seats! Today we rode Tower of Terror three times, Rock n Roller Coaster twice, saw several shows, and did the Backlot Tour! So much fun! Tomorrow we are going to EPCOT and PaJoe and Aunt Ivy are joining us!! Look back for more pics and videos! Love, Lily :o)
